Hello, I'm Sheila.
(Glad to meet you)
I live in Central Florida in our Habitat for Humanity home that we were blessed with about 7 years ago, with my husband and 14 yr old daughter. I have had the pleasure of being a Christian just about my entire life. I was blessed to be born to a mom who was a very strong, faith-filled woman, and who made sure that I knew God's love and rules for living a life that is pleasing to Him, before she passed away many years ago.
My 2nd favorite pass-time or hobby is to be online working on web sites, and doing searches for just about anything. What is my first favorite thing to do online? Well... of course.... Talking to Debbie!! I also love to just chat with anyone who has the time.
Debbie(Pastor John's wife) and I have one of those *happy* Internet friendship meeting stories. I run an online prayer ministry and one evening she was looking for someone to pray for her...well by grace alone, she found me and asked if I would take a minute to pray with her; which of course I did. That was 6 years ago now, and after several vacation visits back and forth from New York and Florida, our families are not just friends, we are all family.
When Pastor John asked me to begin working on this set of web pages for him, I was truely honored and blessed to do what I could to assist in getting the ministry up and running.
I am very excited to see just what the Lord has in store for this ministry and everyone involved with it, and how the Holy Spirit will use it to glorify and lift up the name of Jesus to all those who may not know HIm, or who may have gotten lost along life's many confusing pathways.
